Laptop & Notebook repair pricing

With laptop & notebook repairs the inspection fee is $75,to allow for the extra labour involved in laptop & notebook repairs, problem diagnosis & quoting.

Each repair is obviously different, but we are very aware of replacement prices of the equipment we service, so our charges kept as low as possible. Usually an individual repair is discussed & a reasonable maximum figure agreed on, but we always charge the time taken, not what we think we can get away with! Our current labour rate is $72+GST per hour, and we have an inspection fee of $30,which enables us to quickly ascertain probable repair costs & give the customer some options if desired. Note - our inspection fees are higher for projectors,flat panel TV's & laptops, due to the increased work in diagnosis.   We also offer a fixed price policy if there is an ongoing servicing requirement.
